The main responsibility is to work with the V isual Asset Coordinator in different tasks.
Ensure that the Image library of the Foundation respects the guidelines in terms of naming, image quality, IP rights and caption .
Support on the content collection for Homo Faber Event
Reporting to the Content and Image Manager , this role will be responsible for:
Maintaining the Visual assets database :
Ensure that the collected content (photos and videos) is cleared in terms of IP rights .
Register all the photo and video assets on the image library with the appropriate copyrights and legends according to the defined classification.
Priority assets are related to Homo Faber Event, however in support for overall visuals of the Michelangelo Foundation.
Content collection for Homo Faber Event:
Assist the Visual coordinator in the collection of photos and videos needed for communication purposes prior to the event.
Provide the visual assets to relevant stakeholders:
Prepare and share visual assets with the relevant stakeholders in the Foundation and with external parties.
Onsite Homo Faber event:
Assist on assets collection from onsite Photo and Video Shootings
Daily Upload of all assets according to priorities
Assist on prompt distribution to external parties.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US
The successful candidate will demonstrate alignment with the Foundation values and goals.
Knowledge
Knowledge in visual communication and interest in the métiers d’art
Fluent in English and in French, Italian a plus
Experience
1 year minimum of experience in digital visual asset classification
Familiar with Digital asset management systems
Notions of IP rights
Computer proficiency including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop
Skills
Rigorous, detail oriented and proactive
Team Player
