Consultant – Restructuring / Distressed M&A (m/f/d)
For the further expansion of our Hamburg office we are looking for new consultants in the field of restructuring and distressed M&A at the earliest possible date. If we have aroused your interest, please submit your detailed application to: info@centuros.com .
Key tasks:
- Collaboration in consulting mandates on financial reorganisation and restructuring issues: situation and crisis analyses, development of reorganisation concepts,
- Collaboration in consulting mandates for corporate financing: procurement of equity and debt capital, procurement of leasing, factoring, project and object financing,
- Participation in consulting mandates for M&A in extraordinary situations (distressed M&A): M&A in corporate restructurings, sale of companies in acute crisis situations, sale/purchase of companies in insolvency, search for investors, company succession
Requirements:
- Business studies with excellent specialist knowledge in the fields of controlling, finance, management, auditing, business consulting or business valuation
- Ideally first work experience/internships
- Experienced handling of MS-Office and good command of the English language, both spoken and written
- Analytically, conceptually and humanly convincing
- Solution-oriented working method, medium-sized, entrepreneurial mindset and "doer qualities”
- Negotiation skills, good communication at all levels
