Your Contribution to CYBEX

• Collaborate with cross-functional departments—including Finance, Supply Chain, and Procurement—to deliver financial insights and drive performance improvement initiatives
• Lead and coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for operational areas
• Monitor and evaluate key operational KPIs and cost drivers, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
• Track and report on cost efficiency, waste reduction, and productivity metrics
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities with accurate and timely financial data
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities in operational reporting and controlling
• Develop dashboards, management reports, and business cases to support strategic decision-making

Your Profile

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes, workflows, and performance metrics
• Strong expertise in cost accounting and operational KPI analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems such as SAP, Power BI, or similar tools
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Strong analytical skills to identify efficiency gains and cost reduction opportunities
• A proactive, self-driven working style with a hands-on approach to data and reporting
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
