• Bachelor/Master of Information Technology / Computer Science / Business Informatics / Data Science or Business Administration / HR Management (with a focus on digitalization) or comparable field
• First leadership experiences & first experiences in managing projects
• Fluent in written & spoken English
• Interest in growing into a leadership position in the future
• Willigness to travel abroad, high level of flexibility and the ability to adapt to new circumstances at short notice
• Excellent communication skills & self-structured
• A start-up mentality, that means you are enthusiastic, motivated and pragmatic
