Area of Responsibilities:

• Strategic Workforce Management - build up internal competences as well as external partnerships required to design and delivery solutions for area of responsibility (AoR).
• Roadmap planning together with business stakeholder.
• IT Delivery of strategic projects & initiatives.
• Pro-actively drive continuous improvements and innovation.
• Evolvement of technical architecture based on business requirements and development.
• Proactively drive digitalization initiatives within the domain.
• Be an ambassador for digital solutions.

Profile of Qualifications:

• Successfully completed studies in business, technology, science, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in the consumer goods industry and omnichannel processes, including B2B, eCommerce, and offline retail.
• Proficient in SAP ERP (Order to Cash).
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce technology (SFCC, SFMC, SFSC, SF Core), Order Management systems, and integrations with Consumer Data Platforms, POS Systems, Warehouse Management, and SAP.
• Experience in Web & App Development.
• Deep understanding of omnichannel processes to quickly grasp complex problems and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership skills, capable of guiding teams to achieve project goals and fostering a collaborative work environment.

• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
