Your seat to fill:
- Operational system responsibility for SAP SuccessFactors: implementation of configurations, maintenance of system data, testing and technical user support for the HR team
- Implementation and further development projects: Planning, management and implementation of new SuccessFactors modules or functions in collaboration with internal stakeholders and implementation partners
- Key user and support function: first point of contact for colleagues with system questions, technical problems or change requests
- Change and release management: Collaboration in the preparation, implementation and communication of releases and system updates
- Interface work: Close cooperation with HR colleagues, IT, data protection and external service providers
- Rollouts and training: Support with the introduction of new functions including test management, training and documentation
- Optional: Taking on your own (sub) projects or specialization in certain modules or process areas
Your stroll to CYBEX:
- You have a degree in HR, IT or business administration or a comparable professional qualification
- Initial professional experience in the HR environment and a keen interest in HR IT / SuccessFactors or experience in the administration, consulting or support of SAP SuccessFactors
- Analytical thinking & structured way of working
- Enjoy designing digital processes and HR systems
- Fluency in English, good knowledge of German is a plus
- Ideally experience in working with external IT partners or service providers
