Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain IFS configurations, including workflows, templates, and integrations.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to capture and refine business processes.

• Provide 2nd-level support and coordinate with IFS support (3rd-level) for complex issues.

• Train and guide users across the organization to increase adoption and process knowledge.

• Support quality assurance and testing activities for the ERP environment.

Your Profile:

• Several years of experience in IFS Applications implementation and operation.

• Strong understanding of Field Service processes

• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented, with excellent analytical and communication skills.

• Fluent in German and English .
