About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced IFS Solutions Architect with deep expertise in IFS Cloud implementations to join our on-site team in Düsseldorf. As part of a tight-knit IT team of three professionals, you will play a pivotal techno-functional role, combining strategic consulting with hands-on architecture and implementation responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of IFS Cloud solutions , ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into system architecture, and deliver scalable ERP solutions.
• Provide techno-functional expertise across modules, especially in production, ETO, and supply chain management .
• Act as a key decision-maker, confidently driving architectural and process decisions with authority and clarity.
• Develop and document solution architectures, integration frameworks, and system configurations.
• Support Business Process Modelling (BPM) initiatives and drive business process optimization across departments.
• Manage small to medium-sized projects independently, including planning, scoping, and coordination.
• Offer hands-on support during all phases of the IFS Cloud implementation lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy, and stabilize.
• Mentor junior team members and act as a subject matter expert for all IFS Cloud-related matters.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 5+ years of implementation experience with IFS Applications , including significant recent experience with IFS Cloud .
• Proven track record in leading IFS implementations , including greenfield deployments and upgrades.
• Strong domain expertise in Production , Manufacturing , and Engineer-to-Order (ETO) environments.
• Demonstrated experience in solution architecture design , project management , and business process consulting .
• Ability to operate across functional and technical domains with a "hands-on” approach when necessary.
• Fluent in English ; German proficiency is a plus.
