Your seat to fill:

• Develop and adapt consumer-facing product documentation, including user guides and safety booklets, with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and user-friendliness
• Ensure all content complies with applicable legal, regulatory, and normative standards
• Prepare detailed briefings to guide graphic designers in the creation of artworks
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as R&D, Marketing, Compliance, and Product Management to align documentation with product and brand requirements
• Serve as the main point of contact for external service providers involved in artwork creation and translation
• Define, implement, and continuously improve standards and workflows for artwork development and documentation
• Manage and maintain the artwork asset library, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all consumer-facing touchpoints

• Completed technical training or studies; additional qualification as a technical editor is a plus
• Initial experience in technical writing and product documentation preferred
• Detail-oriented mindset with a strong eye for layout and design
• Ability to communicate complex technical content in a clear, target-group-appropriate manner
• Structured, self-driven working style with quick comprehension
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is beneficial
• Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage
