Our Client
is one of the world's largest credit insurance companies and has many years of experience and extensive knowledge in risk assessment. Its product portfolio offers comprehensive solutions for national and international receivables management. We are looking for you to join our Cologne office as soon as possible as a part-time Receivables Management Employee (m/f/d).
Your Tasks
- In your role, you will manage an independent area of responsibility in receivables management
- You will independently support and advise a select group of customers
- You will take on general administrative and organizational tasks, e.g., checking documents for procedures
- Handling customer inquiries by phone and in writing, as well as telephone collection, will also be part of your responsibilities
- In addition, you will be responsible for communicating with debtors, customers, colleagues, and third parties
Our Requirements
- You have successfully completed commercial training, e.g., as a legal assistant (m/f/d); alternatively, you have a comparable qualification
- You already have knowledge and experience in the field of debt collection
- We require very good written and spoken German skills and confident use of MS Office products
- You are highly motivated to provide customer service over the phone and enjoy interacting with customers
- Communicating in a professional manner, a high degree of self-organization, and assertiveness are among your strengths
