Your tasks
As a Marketing and Project Manager (m/f/d), you will actively shape our internal and external communication, take responsibility for our events and coordinate central projects with high visibility in the company. You will work closely with the team leader and the specialist departments and keep track of everything at all times – from the idea to implementation. In doing so, you will combine creative content creation, project management and a high degree of personal responsibility.

- Responsibility for the creation of content formats such as checklists, white papers, webinars and success stories – in close cooperation with the specialist departments, but with end-to-end responsibility for project planning, implementation and quality
- Creation and maintenance of social media graphics (especially for LinkedIn), sales documents, presentations and advertising materials in PowerPoint and the Adobe Creative Suite
- Conception, editing and distribution of internal and external content (e.g. newsletters, LinkedIn posts, presentations)
- Further development and maintenance of central sales documents – including coordination of reviews, coordination with stakeholders and graphic preparation
- Development and implementation of communication plans around events, campaigns and products
Event Management & Project Coordination
- Organization and implementation of events such as trade fairs (e.g. DSAG, DSTK), internal events (e.g. company run, summer party), webinars and digital sessions
- Coordination of all trades from stand design and give-aways to technology, logistics and briefings
- Coordination with organizers, partners and internal teams
- Follow-up and documentation of the events – including photo briefings, content creation, LinkedIn posts, etc.
Team Coordination & Internal Interface
- Close cooperation with sales, offerings, specialist departments and the team management
- Support with organizational tasks such as accounting, PO creation, agency management
- Project management and structured tracking of tasks, deadlines and dependencies
Your profile
- At least 3 years of professional experience in marketing, event management or a comparable project role
- Experience in the creation and coordination of professional B2B content and design
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite and Salesforce (incl. Pardot)
- Organizational strength, personal responsibility and a high degree of communication skills
- Very good knowledge of German (C2) and good English skills (at least B2)
