To strengthen our practice team at the Elbe-MVZ in Hohe Börde, we are looking for you at the earliest possible date as a
MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d)
in the field of general medicine
part-time (20-25h/week)
What you can expect
- You will support us in patient management and take over the telephone patient coordination and appointment allocation
- You will be responsible for coordinating and managing all patient-related activities for the daily practice routine
- Administrative tasks as well as the preparation and follow-up of findings are also part of your duties
- You will support the recording and billing of services
- Support in the preparation of examinations, treatments and surgical procedures
- Ensuring quality and hygiene management
What you bring with you
- You have completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or are about to graduate as an MFA
- First professional experience desirable, but not a must
- You have digital skills and experience in using medical practice software
- Good manners, confident dealing with patients and relatives
- You are committed and have a sense of responsibility
- Structured and goal-oriented way of working, quick comprehension and ability to work in a team
