EarthStream Global is seeking an experienced Offshore Client Representative to oversee substation activities on major offshore wind projects across Europe. You will be the client’s on-site representative, ensuring all works are executed safely, to specification, and in line with project quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the client’s primary point of contact on the offshore substation.

Oversee contractor activities for installation, commissioning, and testing.

Monitor
HSE compliance
and promote a strong safety culture onboard.

Verify works against technical drawings, specifications, and project plans.

Manage and review permits, method statements, and risk assessments.

Maintain daily progress reports and escalate issues when required.

Liaise between onshore project management and offshore teams.

Proven experience as an Offshore Client Representative in the renewable energy sector.

Strong knowledge of offshore substations, electrical systems, and commissioning processes.

GWO certifications (minimum: BST, HUET, CA-EBS).

Offshore medical certificate (OGUK or equivalent).

Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Right to work in the EU/UK (depending on project location).
