EarthStream Global is seeking an experienced Offshore Client Representative to oversee substation activities on major offshore wind projects across Europe. You will be the client’s on-site representative, ensuring all works are executed safely, to specification, and in line with project quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the client’s primary point of contact on the offshore substation.
  
  
• Oversee contractor activities for installation, commissioning, and testing.
  
  
• Monitor HSE compliance and promote a strong safety culture onboard.
  
  
• Verify works against technical drawings, specifications, and project plans.
  
  
• Manage and review permits, method statements, and risk assessments.
  
  
• Maintain daily progress reports and escalate issues when required.
  
  
• Liaise between onshore project management and offshore teams.
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Offshore Client Representative in the renewable energy sector.
  
  
• Strong knowledge of offshore substations, electrical systems, and commissioning processes.
  
  
• GWO certifications (minimum: BST, HUET, CA-EBS).
  
  
• Offshore medical certificate (OGUK or equivalent).
  
  
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  
  
• Right to work in the EU/UK (depending on project location).
