We are looking for a physiotherapist who either already has German professional recognition or is currently in the recognition process.
The practice is located in a small Bavarian town with approximately 8,000 inhabitants. Our modern facility includes 15 separate treatment rooms, a dedicated gym, a coordination exercise area, and a gymnastics room. We offer the full range of physiotherapy services – including pediatric therapy, sports physiotherapy, and treatments specializing in orthopedics/surgery and neurology. The team currently consists of 10 physiotherapists and 4 medical assistants.
- Conducting a detailed analysis of the patients' physical condition and medical history.
- Creation and implementation of individual therapy plans, tailored to the respective complaints and needs of the patients.
- Application of various therapeutic exercises and manual treatment techniques to promote mobility, strength and general health.
- Guiding patients on correct exercises, ergonomic postures and sensible adjustments in everyday life to support rehabilitation.
- Regular monitoring and evaluation of the healing process with appropriate adjustment of the therapy if necessary.
- Close collaboration with other medical specialties such as doctors or occupational therapists to ensure holistic care.
- Meticulous maintenance of accurate patient documentation, including therapy plans, progress, and changes during treatment.
- Continuous training in new physiotherapy methods and technologies, as well as the integration of evidence-based approaches into treatment.
- Professional guidance and support for physiotherapy assistants or other support staff to ensure a structured and effective team process.
- Compliance with all professional ethical standards and legal requirements throughout the entire therapeutic work.
- You hold a state license as a therapist and have successfully completed your Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- German language skills at least at B1 level are required for the application; a B2 language level is subsequently required for the work permit.
- The required application documents include your professional qualifications and a current CV. Please note that only complete applications with all necessary documents and accurate information will be considered.
- Applicants must be prepared to go through a visa process and commit to a long-term stay in Germany.
- Your qualification must either already be recognized in Germany or have a realistic chance of being recognized under the German recognition procedure.
- Starting salary of approximately 3,250 euros for recognized physiotherapists and around 2,750 euros for applicants without completed recognition.
- Free participation in additional qualifications such as manual therapy, Bobath and other training courses.
- Structured internal training with weekly individual coaching for new team members.
- No administrative tasks are required, as the reception is staffed around the clock.
- Flexible working time models without weekend shifts.
- Excellent internal and external training opportunities.
- Unlimited use of the hotel's own gym.
- Assistance in finding suitable accommodation.
- A helpful, experienced and appreciative team.
- Regular team meetings and joint activities to strengthen team cohesion.
Minimum German language level B2 required.
