Our Client
is a leading consulting firm that has been supporting companies in the search, selection and development of executives for many years. Its sustained success is based not least on a high level of professionalism and a consistent service orientation. We are looking for a Project Assistant (m/f/d) at our Cologne office to start as soon as possible.
Your Tasks
- As a project assistant, you will proactively provide administrative and organizational support to clients and consultants in the project business
- You act internally and externally as a contact person for all organizational matters
- You will independently assume administrative responsibility for your projects, including order creation and invoicing
- You will also be involved in the creation of customer presentations
- Finally, you will also be responsible for coordinating appointments and organizing and handling travel, including travel expense accounting
Our Requirements
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship; alternatively, you have an equivalent qualification
- You have already gained some professional experience as an assistant
- Very good German and good English skills as well as a confident use of MS Office products are required
- You are characterized by a responsible and results-oriented way of working
- Organizational talent as well as strong communication and teamwork skills round off your profile
