Our offer

• Key role in the simulation team: Responsibility for projects to develop innovative chassis systems – with direct customer contact
• Effective project management: Leading an agile, experienced, and highly motivated team
• Digital vehicle development: Active involvement in the design of virtual prototypes (digital twin)

Your qualification

• Successful completion of a degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, mechatronics, mathematics or a comparable field of study
• Several years of experience in chassis development and simulation, ideally with leadership responsibility in agile project environments
• Deep understanding of driving dynamics and chassis characteristics
• Independent, proactive approach to work
• Negotiation skills as well as presentation and moderation skills
• Team spirit and leadership skills
• Experience with ADAMS, VI-CarRealTime
• Very good German and English skills
