As an OEM Sales Enablement Manager, you will have the outstanding opportunity to partner with our OEM Partners, as well as, our Sales and Marketing organizations, to drive growth within targeted markets through solutions and joint initiatives. You play a key part in understanding and improving our OEM's Data Center and Edge offerings, sales support, and channel partner strategies. Your efforts will determine the success of our programs, and you will have the opportunity to identify and implement actions to continuously improve them!
What you’ll be doing:
Partner with OEM partners (Data Center, Edge) and various teams at NVIDIA to drive growth within targeted vertical markets through solutions and joint initiatives.
Understand and strengthen OEM’s Data Center and Edge products and GTM Strategies, Sales enablement and Channel Partner Strategies, Incentives, and align our efforts with the OEM’s
Establish and maintain relationships across the entire OEM sales organization, align with leadership, and get dedication on all NVIDIA key initiatives and priorities.
Sell-in NVIDIA technology to be integrated into the OEM platforms - Get design wins
You will train, enable OEM Sales teams – on an ongoing basis, so they can articulate the technology and value proposition to their end customers.
Sales Execution – Own Pipeline management, large opportunity tracking and sales execution.
It is imperative to be proficient in the Accelerated Computing Story to a variety of constituents, ensure alignment with OEM’s server roadmaps, and be able to articulate the business, technical value proposition to decision makers, and C-level executives.
What we need to see:
Independent, full of energy, problem solver, proactive professional who can ‘make things happen’
Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical degree strongly preferred. MBA or equivalent experience is advantageous.
12+ years’ successful track record in sales and business development
Accomplished professional with Enterprise / Data Center solution background who will propel NVIDIA's achievements in the realm of accelerated computing, AI, and virtualization.
Solid understanding of and working within a partner-led ecosystem..
Excellent presentation, communication and public speaking skills (written and verbal)!
Proficiency in English and German languages (Knowledge of Dutch is a plus).
Willingness to travel as needed.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Proven experience as Global Account Manager (GAM) responsible for sizeable OEM accounts.
Experience working with Edge OEMs and Asian OEMs
Experience in negotiating commercial agreement.
Server / Edge Sell-in / Sell-through experience.
Familiarity with NVIDIA technology (GPU, Networking, SW).
