3A Composites Industry Europe is an international division of the 3A Composites Group and part of Schweiter Technologies AG. We are the leading manufacturer, along with Athlone Extrusions Ltd., the Polycasa Group and Perspex International Ltd., for extruded plastic sheets, aluminium composite materials and lightweight foamboards for the fields of agricultural and commercial vehicles, caravans, sanitary ware, furniture construction, shipbuilding and the rail vehicle construction industry.

Main target is the strengthening of the market position and expansion of the market share. This is a challenge for a Sales Manager with a clear possibility to grow in our big organization.

Your responsibilities:
- Foster new business relationships and manage existing relationships with the region South Germany, Switzerland and Austria
- Recommend sales strategies for improvement, based on market research and competitor analysis
- Establish road map for business development
- Conduct budget reviews to ensure sales and marketing activities are on track
- Attend industry trade events along with networking opportunities and other relevant meetings
- Ensure a professional, CRM-supported sales process with effective customer visits
- Ensure interaction, collaboration between Sales and 9 relevant manufacturing sites
- Be an active part of our international sales team
What are we looking for?
- Commercial education or studies completed (minimum Bachelor)
- Relevant working experience in technical sales (preferably as sales representative with technical experience or at least good technical understanding)
- Experience in dealing with OEMs and converters
- High customer and service orientation with advisory expertise
- Specific expertise on market trends and customer requirements
- Good sense for market structures and flexibility
- Technical expertise or at least interest in products and customers of 3A Composites
- Knowledge from working with thermoformers, or companies, who sell machinery to thermoformers would be perfect
- Fluent business in German and English
- Open to travel 50-60%
