IT (Ecommerce) Project Manager - English speaking - Remote Work with some onsite travel to Germany (Expenses Paid). Start: 12th January 2026+/-. 10 Month contract + extension. End Client.

Our end client in Frankfurt am Main, Germany is looking for an IT (Ecommerce) Project Manager to assist them on a remote basis. This role focuses on end-to-end project delivery of Salesforce Commerce, Actindo, Vercel (and similar platforms).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver complex projects from run phase to closure.
• Define and control scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Create detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Track progress, risks, and issues to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Manage cross-functional communication to align business and IT goals.
• Coordinate development teams, consultants, and key business users.
• Provide clear, regular status updates to management.
• Drive change management to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
• Improve project management practices and tools for greater efficiency and scale.

Requirements

• 8+ years of IT project management experience.
• Delivered 5+ end-to-end eCommerce projects.
• Strong eCommerce background with solid understanding of system integrations including Commerce software like (Salesforce, Actindo, Vercel, etc.).
• Deep knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methods,
• Hands-on Agile delivery in at least two projects.
• PMI-ACP, PMI-DASSM, or similar certifications preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP, middleware, and frontend integrations is an advantage.
• Fluent in English
• Must be able to travel to Frankfurt, Germany 1 week every 1-2 months (depending on project phase).
