Overview:
Join a dynamic and global cyber security consulting team advising leading enterprises on resilience and business continuity. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimising BCM strategies within broader cyber security and risk programmes. You will work cross-functionally, bringing resilience thinking into digital transformation, operational risk, and regulatory compliance environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Business Continuity Management (BCM) frameworks and strategies tailored to clients’ risk landscapes
• Conduct business impact analyses and risk assessments to inform continuity planning
• Support design and testing of business continuity and disaster recovery plans
• Integrate BCM into broader cyber security governance, risk, and compliance frameworks
• Guide clients through regulatory expectations and industry best practices (e.g., ISO 22301, DORA)
• Lead or support projects from concept through implementation, collaborating with internal and client stakeholders
• Deliver workshops, training sessions, and simulation exercises to promote BCM maturity
• Work in agile teams, contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the firm

Your Profile:

• University degree in business, engineering, IT, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in business continuity or operational resilience (ideally within consulting or professional services)
• Solid understanding of relevant standards and regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO 22301, BSI 200-4, DORA)
• Familiarity with cyber security, IT risk, and governance structures
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both German and English
• Willingness to travel for client engagements as needed
• Certifications such as CBCI, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer/Auditor, or similar are advantageous
