Areas of responsibilities:

• Craft consumer-focused product information and pictures to serve as the foundation for marketing collateral
• Identify and refine each product’s unique selling points (USPs), translating features into clear "reasons to buy”
• Create high impact fact sheets, sell in decks, and e retail guidelines in close partnership with Product Management and Content teams
• Own the product marketing launch process: coordinate kick off meetings, brief all stakeholders, and ensure consistent messaging across every channel
• Continuously monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and consumer needs via digital channels to enhance our product positioning and build a comparative database
• Define and write product content for various platforms including e-commerce, websites, and print catalogs. Guide creation of product pictures and video tutorials-from storyboarding to publication
• Act as a key point of contact for product marketing related inquiries from customer support teams. Develop standard responses, FAQs, and other support tools
• Collaborate on product-related marketing campaigns, tied to design awards, consumer testing, and product recognition programs-bringing product insights to the forefront
• Partner with Product Management, Go To Market, Content Creation, and Content Management teams to deliver seamless product experiences
• Regularly review and update product data across internal and external platforms to ensure relevance, accuracy, and alignment with strategic messaging
• Drive and support the improvement or introduction of internal processes and system landscape

Profile of qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required)
• First experience in product marketing, ideally within consumer goods, technical industries, or automotive sectors
• Project management skills—comfortable juggling multiple projects simultaneously
• Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus, but not mandatory
• A proactive, hands on approach with strong initiative and a passion for delivering results
• High attention to detail, organization, and the ability to translate technical specifications into consumer-friendly messaging
• Experience working in a matrix organization, collaborating effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
