Area of responsibilities:

• In the regional marketing team you are the product specialist in the product category Technical Lifestyle TLP // HOME // Child safety in terms of product and market know-how
• You are the contact person for the regional marketing team, regional sales team and interface to the European marketing team and global trainer for all product related questions in the assigned product category
• You analyze and define the required marketing collaterals for a 360° local marketing approach (Trade, Social, Print, etc.) and create new / adapt global content for products in your category
• Preparation of presentations/information and development of marketing material for the sales force in your region to secure proper brand & product presentation and launches for new products (Go to market!)
• Educate and monitor the sales team regarding POS excellence, by implemening global POS guidelines and the POS excellence strategy in your markets
• Support national brand marketing team with product & market know-how for campaign creation
• Support planning and implementation of targeted, innovative marketing activities for customers in DACH
• Plan and implement strong retail activations for your assigned product category
• Shop in Shop implementation: concept creation, interface for procurement, global Trade and external suppliers, controlling of build up and ROI calculation of projects (cross category project)

Profile of qualification:

• University studies of Business Administration, preferably MBA
• Related work experience, preferably in the area of Consumer Goods, Fashion and luxury or toys or other children related products
• Extensive marketing know-how, with a strong focus on Trade marketing
• Knowledge of marketing operating standards and processes
• Understanding of Sales and retail environment
• Fluent German and Business English
• Proactive and highly creative
• Down to earth and hands-on
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Dynamic and willingness to travel.
