To strengthen our team at various locations across Germany, we are looking for a Team Leader in Logistics (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible – someone with organizational talent, hands-on experience, and the right instinct for people.

Your Tasks – What to Expect:

• Efficient staff scheduling and deployment planning, considering customer-specific requirements and legal regulations
• Responsibility for optimal workforce utilization – even in cases of short-notice absences
• Defining individual working conditions for new hires
• Implementing disciplinary measures with clear communication
• Ensuring all required occupational safety measures are in place
• Managing and organizing staff accommodations and company vehicles
• Active health and absence management
• Support and supervision of a fixed customer base, including regular on-site inspections
• Receiving, assigning, and processing customer orders

Your Profile – What You Bring:

• Excellent German skills, both written and spoken – mandatory
• Hungarian or Croatian language skills are a plus
• Several years of experience in warehouse logistics
• Initial leadership experience in managing staff
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Structured, solution-oriented working style with entrepreneurial thinking
• Independence, sense of responsibility, and team spirit
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Valid Class B driver’s license – required
