Are you a technically skilled professional with a passion for customer success and system integration? Join Lucanet’s Technical Customer Operations (DM & ESG) Team as a Technical Service Engineer (all genders) , where you’ll play a key role in onboarding and supporting our customers—ensuring smooth system setups, cloud migrations, and technical excellence across our solutions.

What you'll do

  • Customer system setup & maintenance : Lead the technical onboarding and ongoing support of customer systems, including cloud infrastructure and on-premise migrations.
  • Interface & database management : Install, configure, and troubleshoot ETL interfaces and relational database systems to ensure seamless data integration.
  • Technical consulting : Provide expert advice to senior project and IT stakeholders during onboarding, technical kickoffs, and proof-of-concept phases.
  • Software administration : Manage LucaNet software installations and configurations for employees, partners, and customers.
  • Internal enablement : Support internal training initiatives by sharing technical insights and best practices.
  • Process improvement : Contribute to the continuous enhancement of technical onboarding and integration processes.

What you bring to the table

  • Completed training in an IT profession (e.g., IT specialist for application development, information technology specialist) or equivalent experience.
  • At least one year of experience in Tech Support and/or Operational Services.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and networks.
  • Proficiency in SQL (queries and troubleshooting) and familiarity with database systems.
  • Experience with ticket management systems (Salesforce knowledge is a plus).
  • Clear and professional communication skills in German and English.
