Your responsibilities

As a Product Manager (m/f/d) you are responsible for the progressive further development and innovation of your product area in cooperation with the Engineering and UX specialists. Together you will bring the product in your area of responsibility to a new level and guarantee the intuitive use of the DocuWare software. You can put yourself into our users’ place and to understand their problems and daily tasks? You are curious, like to work solution oriented and in a team?
Your responsibilities will include:

• You develop a deep understanding for the requirements and needs of our customers.
• You work customer-centric, gather customer feedback, and analyze data to make the right decisions.
• You formulate precise requirements for the customers’ problems and needs.
• You develop the short-, mid- and long-term strategy and roadmap for your area of our product and lead the team with goals and KPIs.
• You define success metrics and ensure everything aligns with company goals.
• You shape a constructive and integrative collaboration within the product teams and act as team interface to the stakeholder.
• You work together with software developers and UX specialists on the implementation of the product within the SCRUM framework.

What you need to succeed

• You bring several years of experience as a product manager for software products.
• Experience with B2B software is a plus.
• In addition, you have already been able to work in an agile environment (for example as a SCRUM product owner).
• You enjoy the direct contact to end-users and designing solutions based on their needs.
• You have strong organizational skills, are work goal-oriented and like taking responsibility.
• You thrive in cross-functional collaboration, aligning diverse teams and competing perspectives through excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex issues in an understandable way.
• A high level of social competence and the ability to work in a team are a matter of course for you. 
• You have a very good command of written and spoken English; German would be helpful.
