Your responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate internal business processes in line with current OKRs.
• Design and refine scalable, automation-ready process concepts.
• Lead cross-departmental collaboration to turn ideas into ready-to-implement solutions.
• Drive process standardization and reduce complexity across teams.
• Proactively identify simplification opportunities with strong value-to-effort ratios.
• Present solution proposals, facilitate discussions, and ensure alignment.
• Ensure changes are thoughtfully planned, consequences considered, and buy-in secured.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and process thinking.
• Use data and metrics to guide decisions and validate process outcomes.
• Maintain awareness of best practices and explore new tools and implementation options.
• Regularly report progress and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.

What you need to succeed

• Several years of experience in process improvement or product management roles.
• Strong background in business process design, standardization, and optimization.
• A proactive, structured, and outcome-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills across diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage priorities across multiple ongoing projects.
• Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).
• Experience working with automation tools and driving scalable process change.
• You take ownership of initiatives, communicate with clarity, and follow through.
• Comfortable in dynamic environments and confident in driving alignment across
  teams.
