Your responsibilities
As Strategic Operations Specialist, you will be part of the Corporate Strategy & Innovation team.
- You coordinate, monitor and continuously improve processes related to the development, planning, and operationalization (e.g., OKR and strategy execution cycles) of company strategy across departments.
- Additionally you facilitate strategy execution cycles and workshops with leadership teams (currently based on OKRs).
- You drive company-wide adoption of strategy execution frameworks and ensure alignment across departments.
- Further you coach leaders and teams on formulating operationalized goals as drivers and facilitate cross-team dependency resolution.
- You promote effective collaboration and communication across teams and departments to support strategic initiatives.
- You support change initiatives and promote agile, collaborative ways of working across the organization.
- You develop and maintain playbooks, guidelines, and training materials for strategy execution and planning.
- You provide facilitation and guidance to strengthen teams' and leaders' capability in executing strategic priorities.
What you need to succeed
- You have Bachelor’s degree in business administration, organizational development, psychology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- You have several years of professional experience, a few of them in strategy execution, business agility, organizational development, or transformation roles.
- You have proven experience in agile leadership, business agility, or transformation roles.
- You have hands-on experience with strategy execution frameworks (e.g., OKRs, KPIs, Balanced Scorecard).
- You have proven track record facilitating workshops and providing guidance to leadership teams.
- You have a strong background in Change Management and promoting agile ways of working.
- Experience in a SaaS or fast-paced technology environment is preferred.
- You are fluent in English and German.
- You demonstrate strong conceptual and systems thinking, communicate effectively at all levels, collaborate and influence without authority, and adapt confidently to change and ambiguity.
