YOUR TASKS
… as a forwarding agent
- Support of the fleet management
- Contact person for drivers
- Handling of vehicle damage
- Contact person in case of problems / malfunctions
- General administrative tasks
- Keeping of Excel tables / lists
… as a dispatcher
- Disposition of our vehicle fleet
- Planning of vehicle deployment
- Economic route planning
- Scheduling and supervision of the driving crew
- Contact person for major customers
- Organization and supervision of scanners
YOUR COMPETENCES
- Completed training as a freight agent and logistics services clerk desirable
- Experience in the field of disposition or in general in the forwarding business
- Organizational talent, reliability
- Ability to communicate and work in a team
- Independent and systematic way of working
- Confident use of MS Office
- Basic technical understanding of IT
- Willingness to travel desirable
