We are looking for an IT Business Analyst SAP SD & MM to join our team as soon as possible, working full-time at the Glashütte location.

As part of the Business IT team, you understand what the business needs and translate requirements into solutions. You are a consultant, sparring partner, co-thinker, and visionary. You deliver digital tools so that our manufactory and global boutique network can work sustainably and continuously develop.

ABOUT THE POSITION

You are the main point of contact for the support and further development of the SAP systems and interfaces rolled out for mainly the Sales & Distribution and Material Management modules. You are aware of the complexity of globally integrated SAP systems in a corporate environment and excel in understanding and making them accessible to your colleagues. You lead the further development and rollout projects initiated by the Group for A. Lange & Söhne.

• Recording requirements from the specialist departments and analyzing existing processes, as well as checking the requirements for feasibility and economic viability.
• Creation of detailed concepts and solution proposals for the implementation of local requirements into a global, corporate SAP system.
• Support and assistance in the implementation of solutions.
• Support and further development of system interfaces to internal and external applications.
• Conception, organization, and execution of user training courses for the software solutions used, and provision of documentation and training materials.
• Application support across the various service levels (mostly in cooperation with central service providers – L2 and primarily L3).
• Leadership and further development of our global SAP Key User Community.
• Implementing and further developing systems, processes, and best practices for master data management.

The position reports to the Team Lead Business IT in the Business Transformation department.

YOUR SKILLS

• Profund knowledge and specific experience in the implementation / support of SAP SD and MM (R3 and S4) – ideally in an international corporate environment.
• Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science / business informatics / business administration / natural sciences or comparable training.
• Alternatively: Career changers with a high affinity for IT and process experience in a manufacturing environment / production environment, as well as demonstrable experience in the administration / implementation of SAP SD & MM systems in a Key User function.
• Strong problem-solving mentality as well as communication and teamwork skills, strong in cross-departmental and hierarchical network / relationship building.
• Very good language skills in English.
• High degree of independence, proactivity and goal orientation.
• Good knowledge of business processes.
