Are you performance-driven, with strong logistics experience and the ability to manage complex external partnerships? As a 3PL Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing collaboration with third-party logistics providers, ensuring an efficient, scalable supply chain aligned with our business objectives.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

• Partner Management: Manage 3PL Performance, service development and conduct business reviews
• Risk Management: Manage logistics related risks and incidents
• Project Management: Leading projects to support internal requirements and cost savings
• Inventory & Warehouse Oversight: Collaborate with 3PLs to ensure accurate inventory management
• Quality Management: Reviewing customer complaints and define preventive actions
• Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with procurements, sales, customer serve and supply chain teams to align logistics strategies
• Data Analytics: Analyze inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
• Strategic Landscape: Define future set up of continuous improvement strategy and the way of working with our partners
  

YOUR SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a 3PL management role
• Analytical and Financially Savvy
• Strong Influencing and Negotiation Skills
• Ability to understand complex Business Flows
• Fluent German and English language skills verbally and written
