The Business Planning team is undergoing an important transformation within B2B Commercial. In this role, you will actively contribute to this journey by supporting cross-functional planning initiatives and helping steer day-to-day business performance through Commercial and Financial planning. Business Planning acts as a central function connecting Commercial, B2B, and Finance.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

• End-to-end revenue planning: Validating and consolidating inputs from Sales, Delivery, Onboarding and our Commercial teams to ensure accurate B2B order-to-revenue visibility
• Support in enabling a monthly rolling forecast process, incorporating pipeline movements, delivery milestones, and other changes to support predictable business performance
• Act as a coordination point between Commercial teams and Finance by reconciling commercial forecasts with financial outlooks, and translate commercial performance into financial implications
• Provide timely reporting and actionable insights that improve execution visibility, enabling operational teams to track progress from opportunity to realized revenue
• Stakeholder communication: Presenting results to cross-functional stakeholders and support them in interpreting data and trends
• Data quality and governance: Ensuring data integrity and accuracy across all reports
• Process improvement: Continuously improving reporting processes, tools and ways of working
  

YOUR SKILLS:

• Degree in Economics, Business administration, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in the telecommunications industry, ideally in a B2B commercial or finance environment
• Proactive communicator with confidence working with cross-functional and senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business insights
• Several years of relevant experience in Finance, Commercial planning/forecasting, or data analysis and reporting
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and confident use of reporting tools (e.g., Qlik Sense or Business Intelligence tools)
• Ability to quickly understand complex topics and interdependencies
