YOUR CHALLENGE:

• Competence ownership - You have knowledge in your application area, you can ensure that your application is providing the most value possible
• Project SPOC - You can provide requirements to company projects,
• Drive strategy - You drive the roadmap on your application, by understanding the needs within the team as well from the company
• Stakeholder management - You are the first point of contact regarding your application and can give direction and guidance to different stakeholder groups
• Capabilities Ownership - You are responsible for launched functionalities on your application, and can support IT regarding expected behaviour and defect assessment
• Ensuring UAT and BV testing quality for releases

YOUR SKILLS:

• Degree (bachelor’s or master’s) with relevant business experience
• Minimum 3 years’ experience within the telecommunications industry is a must have
• track record of managing projects or leading digital transformation initiatives in a matrix organization.
• Experience as a business application owner in a telco environment strongly preferred
• Deep knowledge of the IT system landscape and release processes and practical experience with order fulfillment processes or Next Best Action systems
• A results-oriented attitude with the ability to challenge the status quo and drive change
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and influence at all levels, including senior management
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German, French or Italian is an advantage
