Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights? As a Data & Service Performance Analyst, you will analyze and report on service performance, maintain SLA/OLA visibility, and support incident and escalation analysis. Your work will enable data-driven decisions that improve service quality across the organization.
YOUR CHALLENGE:
- Monitor SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs to ensure service performance
- Support root cause analyses for performance-related incidents
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights for stakeholder reviews
- Develop and maintain dashboards using tools like Power BI
- Ensure data quality and KPI consistency across all services
- Analyze customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities
- Support and document escalation processes, including integration into dashboards
YOUR SKILLS:
- 2–4 years of experience in service reporting, analytics, or IT operations
- Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools
- Familiarity with SLA/OLA metrics and ITSM tools
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Experience with incident tracking, escalation, or service review processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English (other Swiss national languages a plus)
