We are seeking a Project Assistant Supply Chain to play a key coordinating role within our Supply Chain Management Unit. You will support strategic projects, drive initiatives within the Supply Chain Project Management Office, and help implement consistent, efficient SCM processes across business units. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with Operations, Planning, and Fulfillment teams to deliver excellence and innovation in supply chain management.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

• Project management Office (PMO): Within Supply Chain you support the PMO with Reporting to Leadership (Cost, Risk, Resource management, Project planning and Prioritization and more). Ensure one way of working within the Project teams. Support the Project teams and their leads with administrative work
• Project Support: Overseeing and participation in projects that have impact or aim to optimize various aspects of the supply chain, main Focus on our biggest project APS
• Project Management: Managing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. Leading and motivating a project team, ensuring that all members are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with different departments and stakeholders to ensure that supply chain processes align with the overall business objectives and to inform of project progress and potential issues
• Quality Control: Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements
• Communication: Help communicating within Supply Chain and other Business Units. Support Change management Processes and Know How Transfers (Trainings)

YOUR SKILLS:

• Experienced in Projects and / or Supply Chain Management
• Advanced MS Office Skills
• Strong hands-on and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Fluent in English & German
