Looking for a role where you can take ownership of critical IT systems and make a real impact? As IT System Manager, you will ensure our infrastructure runs securely, efficiently, and reliably, while leading improvements that support business growth. You’ll work closely with teams across the organization to keep technology aligned with strategic goals.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

• Deliver expert-level technical engineering and support for Sunrise employees and contractors, focusing on Windows 11, W356 environment including troubleshooting by providing hands on support
• Provide leadership to external contributors and take ownership of projects within the Digital Workplace, offering ongoing support as required
• Work cross-functionally with product, security, and operations teams
• Oversee client patching, software deployment, and maintenance across Windows and Mac platforms
• Manage and support cloud-based environments, particularly Microsoft Azure and Intune
• Collaboration: Work closely with IT colleagues and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT operations
• Proven experience in client-facing roles with strategic influence

YOUR SKILLS:

• Certifications: Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA, MS-100, AZ-104) are a plus
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar client engineering or IT support role within a large enterprise environment
• Advanced knowledge of Windows 11 and Mac OS client in complex enterprise environments
• Proven experience with VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) and / or W356
• Strong background in Microsoft Azure and Intune for device and application management
• Application support and patch management expertise
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• German is a strong plus
