YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Independent responsibility for ongoing financial accounting (accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, assets, and banking) in the ERP system
• Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS/HGB and preparation of consolidated reporting (including tax package and additional disclosures)
• Execution and management of payment transactions and recording of payroll accounting in cooperation with external service providers
• Ensuring timely reporting to authorities (e.g., advance sales tax return, ZM)
• Participation in budget and forecast planning for P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow, as well as analysis of business development
• Supporting the integration process of the company into the corporate group, including through the implementation of policy changes and additional reporting requirements
• Contact person for auditors, tax advisors, and internal interfaces

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed apprenticeship in business administration with further training as a certified accountant (m/f/d), or successfully completed degree in finance/accounting
• Several years of professional experience in financial accounting, ideally with experience in a corporate environment and in preparing financial statements
• Confident use of ERP systems and in-depth knowledge of MX Excel
• Committed, structured, and precise approach to work with a strong sense of responsibility
• Enjoy actively supporting change processes and professionally implementing new reporting requirements
• Team orientation, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain an overview even under time pressure
