• Make Phone calls with our customers and assist them with their current requests.
• Help to develop client relationships and retain existing customers.
• Learn and apply retention, customer service and sales techniques.
• Collaborate and keep a close exchange with the Sales Team.
• Ensure that our customer accounts are updated with the correct information (Data integrity).
• Create and manage offers.
• Answering inquiries through our email, chat and phone calls.

Requirements

• Enrolled student (all genders) in the fields of business administration, linguistics or any other related subject
• If you will do an internship, the internship then has to be a mandatory part of your studies and lasts ideally 6 months (40 hours/week).
• Fluency in French is mandatory, advanced English skills and further languages are a plus.
• Service orientated, committed and team spirited.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
