YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supporting production management in planning, controlling and monitoring manufacturing processes
• Independently initiating and tracking production orders
• Ensuring timely material supply for production
• Coordinating logistics processes (order picking, warehousing, shipping)
• Analysing existing processes to identify potential for optimisation
• Developing and implementing measures to increase efficiency, taking relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) into account
• Organising and carrying out inventories
• Creating and maintaining production and logistics documentation and reports
• Representing production management in their absence for a team of up to approx. 20 employees

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed technical vocational training, ideally in the field of electrical engineering
• Further training in production or logistics is an advantage
• Knowledge of electrical engineering components
• Experience in production planning and logistics processes
• Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems
• Analytical thinking, strong organisational skills and a structured and independent way of working
• Sense of responsibility, reliability and strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and good written and spoken German and English
