YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Independent and comprehensive management of ongoing financial accounting (assets, inventories, and banking) in the ERP system—including ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
• Independent execution of payment transactions as well as recording and checking payroll accounting in coordination with external service providers
• Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB/IFRS and preparation of group reporting (including tax package, additional disclosures) in close cooperation with the finance team at headquarters
• Active participation in budget and forecast processes (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) as well as analysis of deviations, business developments, and preparation of relevant balance sheet and key figure analyses
• Ensuring all reports are submitted on time, e.g., advance sales tax returns, summary reports, and statistical reports
• Contact person for tax advisors, auditors, and internal stakeholders
• Flexibles Arbeiten insbesondere in Fast-Close-Phasen rund um Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse zur Sicherstellung termingerechter Berichterstattung

YOUR PROFILE:

• Successfully completed degree in finance/accounting or, alternatively, commercial training with further training as a certified accountant (m/f/d)
• Several years of professional experience in financial and balance sheet accounting, ideally in a corporate or reporting environment, as well as in the independent preparation of financial statements
• Confident use of common ERP systems and excellent Excel skills
• Structured, precise, and responsible approach to work, combined with a high degree of independence in day-to-day accounting tasks
• High degree of flexibility and willingness to work, especially during closing phases (fast close)
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Team-oriented personality with strong communication skills and the ability to maintain an overview at all times, even under time pressure
