Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and documentation of internal processes, guidelines, and reports related to customer experience
• Support the maintenance and management of customer experience tools and systems to ensure they are functioning effectively
• Conduct research and data analysis to prepare for internal and external stakeholder workshops, and contribute to discussions with valuable insights
• Conduct market research efforts to identify industry trends and best practices related to customer experience
• Maintain and organize the Customer Experience TeamBase Page, including updating documentation and creating new content
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of internal and external meetings and workshops related to customer experience

Requirements

• Enrolled student (all genders) at a university or college in the field of business administration, economics, marketing or any other related field
• Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as German are a plus
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
• Customer-centric mindset and passion for improving the customer experience, including the ability to put yourself in the shoes of the customer and advocate for their needs
• Analytical skills and experience with data analysis

• Our Working Students in Germany receive a monthly salary of €1,566 for a 20-hour/week contract, €1,253 for a 16-hour/week contract, and €1,400 for an internship position.
