• Successfully completed vocational training or technician qualification in the field of automation technology, electrical engineering, mechatronics or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in maintenance, ideally in an industrial environment
• Good technical knowledge in handling electrical, mechanical and pneumatic systems in semi and fully automated production plants
• Competence in systematic troubleshooting and independent problem solving in technical systems
• Communication skills are desirable.
• Knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens S7 and/or Beckhoff) and industrial network technology is desirable.
• Knowledge of robotics (EPSON and/or ABB) is desirable.
• High level of reliability and openness to new technical systems
• Analytical thinking, structured work methods, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent German skills, both spoken and written; knowledge of English and Polish is an advantage.

• Monitoring, analysis and optimization as well as installation, maintenance and repair of automated production and control systems
• Independent troubleshooting and repair of PLC controls, sensors, actuators and network technology.
• Development and adaptation of PLC programs (e.g. Siemens S7, TIA Portal) and HMI/SCADA systems
• Technical implementation, test runs and documentation within the framework of projects
• Conducting legally required inspections in accordance with VDE 0701, VDE 0702 and VDE 0113 after repairs and re-inspections.
• Analysis of manufacturing processes and implementation of measures to increase efficiency and reliability
• Support for the retrofitting and technical development of machines and systems
• Close collaboration with production on technical issues and short-term interventions, as well as process engineering, IT and external service providers.
• Careful documentation of work performed and test reports
