Your profile:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Techniker im Bereich Automatisierungstechnik, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Instandhaltung, idealerweise in einem industriellen Umfeld
- Gute Fachkenntnisse im Umgang mit elektrischen, mechanischen und pneumatischen Systemen in halb und vollautomatischen Produktionsanlagen
- Kompetenz in der systematischen Fehlersuche und selbstständige Problemlösung in technischen Systemen
- Kommunikative Kompetenzen sind wünschenswert
- Know-how in SPS-Programmierung (Siemens S7 und/oder Beckhoff) und industrieller Netzwerktechnik wünschenswert
- Know-how in Robotertechnik (EPSON und/oder ABB) wünschenswert
- Hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit und Aufgeschlossenheit gegenüber neuen technischen Systemen
- Analytisches Denken, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Problemlösungskompetenz
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englisch- und Polnischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
Your tasks:
- Überwachung, Analyse und Optimierung sowie Installation, Wartung und Instandhaltung von automatisierten Produktions- und Steuerungssystemen
- Selbstständige Fehlersuche an SPS-Steuerungen, Sensorik, Aktorik und Netzwerktechnik und deren Behebung
- Entwicklung und Anpassung von SPS-Programmen (z. B. Siemens S7, TIA Portal) sowie HMI/SCADA-Systemen
- Technische Umsetzung, Testläufe und Dokumentation im Rahmen von Projekten
- Durchführung gesetzlich vorgeschriebener Prüfungen gemäß VDE 0701, VDE 0702 sowie VDE 0113 nach Instandsetzungen und Wiederholungsprüfungen
- Analyse von Fertigungsprozessen und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Effizienzsteigerung und Ausfallsicherheit
- Unterstützung bei der Nachrüstung und technischen Weiterentwicklung von Maschinen und Anlagen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktion bei technischen Fragen und kurzfristigen Eingriffen sowie Process Engineering, IT und externen Dienstleistern
- Sorgfältige Dokumentation durchgeführter Arbeiten und Prüfprotokolle
