• Completed vocational training in metalworking sector (e.g. welders, industrial mechanics, plant operators, metalworkers, etc.)
• experience in Handling welding robots (e.g. KUKA, ABB, Fanuc, Yaskawa or similar) is advantageous
• Basic knowledge in MAG, MIG or TIG welding wünschenswert
• Technical understanding and confident reading of drawings
• Independent, quality-conscious and reliable work ethic

• Operating and monitoring Welding robots in the series and single-part production process
• preparation of the workpieces (Cleaning, positioning, fixing)
• Setting up and starting welding programs as specified
• Inspection of the welds on dimensional accuracy and quality
• Implementation of small Rework and simple Maintenance on the robot
• Fixing minor problems as well as coordination with maintenance in case of major problems
• Documentation of production and quality data
• Compliance with Safety, quality and environmental standards
