• A completed university degree or technician training in the field of building services engineering (TGA), building services engineering, energy technology or several years of professional experience equivalent to a comparable qualification
• Good knowledge of the relevant technical regulations and building codes.
• Knowledge of renewable energies, sustainable building technology and certification systems
• Sound knowledge of energy efficiency in the context of the ISO 50001 standard
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Knowledge of MS Project is an advantage.

• A high level of organizational skills, performance motivation, and communication skills.
• Excellent German skills; good English skills are an advantage.

• Planning and coordination of the technical infrastructure at the Görlitz site
• Responsible for areas such as heat supply, cooling, refrigeration and air conditioning.
• Support and initiation of the transformation from fossil fuels to renewable energy supply
• Support during relevant official approval processes in the course of the projects
• As the client's representative, you are responsible for the supervision and coordination of the specialist planners and construction companies and ensure their smooth operation.
• Close collaboration with internal specialists within the team
• Managing projects while adhering to deadlines, cost and quality requirements, and carrying out the commissioning of new plants
• Planning and coordination of optimization projects within the framework of energy management
• Direct reporting to the Head of Maintenance and Infrastructure
