Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of ideas to improve global quality processes

• Planning and management of international projects including time, resource , and cost management

• Ensuring timely delivery of project results including regular reporting

• Coordination of 1st-level support for relevant applications (e.g., SAP ERP, IT QMS)

• Documentation , training , and processing of Business Process Change Requests

• In- depth analysis of existing processes , identification of weaknesses , and derivation of improvement measures

• Implementation of process optimizations in the form of projects – including active communication with stakeholders at various locations

• Close collaboration with departments and IT in a cross-functional , international environment

• Successfully completed university degree, ideally with a focus on quality management

• Proven several years of professional experience in quality-related functions

• Deep understanding of business processes in process-oriented quality organizations

• Experience with SAP, ideally in the QM module, as well as knowledge in Computerized Systems Validation

• Knowledge of GMP or ISO 13485 as well as ISO 9001

• Experience with Business Process Reengineering tools and process documentation (Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is an advantage)

• Certified project management competence (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, IPMA)

• Strong analytical skills and a structured, process-oriented way of thinking

• Strong communication skills, confident presentation, and workshop experience

• Openness, empathy, and assertiveness – you move confidently in a diverse team environment

• Very good English skills, willingness to travel, and enthusiasm for cross-site collaboration complete your profile
