Manager of Service Sales & Partner Management (x|w|m) - Remote
We are looking for a Manager of Service Sales & Partner Management(x|w|m) home based in Germany, France or United Kingdom for the Instrument Service department Lab Products & Services at Sartorius Lab Instruments GmbH & Co. KG. In this role, you will develop and implement strategies to expand service business through sales channels and drive revenue growth by collaborating closely with partners. You will enable and train partners, monitor compliance with regulations and standards, and work closely with internal teams to optimize market analysis and reporting. The team consists of eight professionals and we are looking forward to shaping the future with you. This position is available full-time. It is a remote role requiring international travels to our customers and internal Sartorius sites.
Grow with us – Your Responsibilities
You take over the Instrument Service Channel Strategy & Development: Execute channel sales strategies, recruit new partners, and build relationships for market penetration
You drive Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve service sales targets, co-develop plans with partners, and track performance and revenue
You are responsible for Partner Enablement & Training: Train partners, provide sales tools, and manage escalations and coordination
You monitor Operational & Compliance Alignment: Ensure compliance, facilitate seamless service delivery, and monitor customer satisfaction
You foster Collaboration & Reporting: Collaborate on sales campaigns, manage pricing and incentives, and provide market insights
What will convince us
You have a university degree in life sciences, engineering, business management, or comparable qualifications
You possess longstanding working experience in the Life Science Industry
You have significant experience in channel sales management, ideally within the Life Science Industry
You are experienced in managing and coaching a team
You demonstrate strong business acumen, thinking and acting in a market-focused way
You have an assertive personality and are a highly skilled negotiator
You possess excellent English skills, and knowledge of German would be beneficial
You are highly willing to travel internationally, approximately 50%
