Job description
- You are responsible for the individual basic and treatment care of your patients and residents and ensure their well-being
- You are responsible for the professional planning and complete documentation of the entire care process
- You regularly check vital signs and carry out careful observations of patients
- Together with colleagues, doctors and therapists, you ensure holistic care
- With an eye for detail, you consistently ensure compliance with all hygiene and quality standards

- Professionally assist with medical diagnostics, ward rounds and therapeutic measures
- Counselling and supporting patients and their relatives is also part of your job:
- You will also provide assistance during medical examinations and minor procedures
- Thanks to your structured way of working, you will take over the preparation and follow-up of medical measures and round off your varied field of activity
Requirements
- You have two years of demonstrable training as a nursing assistant (m/f/d)
- Or you have completed training as a registered nurse (m/f/d), nurse (m/f/d), registered nursing specialist (m/f/d), geriatric nurse (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- You have sound nursing expertise and work independently and responsibly
- You are experienced and confident in using medical software
- You reliably apply your strong social skills and teamwork skills in everyday life
- Stability, appreciation and cooperation at eye level are particularly important to you
- You enjoy and enjoy dealing with patients:inside and create a positive atmosphere
- You have a valid driving licence and can therefore be deployed flexibly
