Responsibilities

• Based on corporate strategy, translate the strategy into a tangible action plan for the portfolio and ensure cross-functional stakeholder buy-in

• Work with customers, field-based stakeholders and internally across departments to derive actions to ensure the portfolio is set for future growth and supports revenue capture for the overall bioprocessing solution offering

• Own timing & execution of life cycle management activities based on business plans

• Act as the owner of the portfolio, influencing decision-making for all product related topics and be the strongest advocate of the portfolio

• Understand the value of owning & running a modular platform and be confident advocating for those

• Degree in automation technology, engineering management, biotechnology, or related field

• Strong knowledge & experience in the field of product & process automation

• Experience in product management, marketing or relevant field to be successful in the role

• Strong verbal and written negotiation- and communication skills, ability to present with high impact to senior management

• Highly organized & results orientated personality with excellent networking abilities

• Excellent proficiency in English both in writing and oral, German is a plus

• Willing to travel (up to 20%)
