Responsibilities

• Derive, communicate & execute product vision to drive the development and growth of Sartorius’ PAT product portfolio in alignment with corporate goals and priorities

• Act as the owner of the portfolio, influencing decision-making for all product related topics and be the strongest advocate of the portfolio, both internally and externally

• Build & leverage a sophisticated market intelligence for the portfolio to support decision-makingand to understand market & industry trends as well as customer needs in details

• Plan and execute product launches and product life cycle management based on business plans

• Create marketing strategies under consideration of regional and application requirements and ensuring commercial competitiveness

• Work with customers, field-based stakeholders and internally to define and refine product requirement specifications for new products and product generations

• University or engineering degree in biotechnology, natural science, business administration or related field and proven years of industry experience; MBA or additional post-graduation business-focused degree preferred

• Knowledge & experience in the field of Process Automation & PAT

• Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams to drive success and results

• Several years of working experience in product management, marketing or relevant field

• Strong verbal and written negotiation- and communication skills, ability to present with high impact to senior and top management

• Highly organized & results orientated personality with excellent networking abilities

• Excellent proficiency in English both in writing and oral, German is a plus

• Willing to travel (approx. 40-50%)
