Responsibilities

• Take ownership of designing and implementing cross-functional initiatives with high strategic relevance

• Identify levers for efficiency and value creation , and translate them into actionable roadmaps for sustainable process optimization

• Build alignment across internal stakeholders and top management through clear and compelling communication

• Manage complex programs from start to finish, including resource planning , milestone tracking , and accountability for results

• Holds a degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering

• Brings several years of experience in strategic process consulting or internal transformation

• Demonstrates proven expertise in project and program management, ideally supported by certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2

• Is proficient in methodologies such as BPMN, Lean Management, or Six Sigma, and familiar with relevant modeling and analysis tools

• Combines strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly grasp complex interdependencies and drive solution-oriented outcomes

• Communicates effectively across all levels – from operational teams to executive leadership

• Fluent in both German and English
