Responsibilities
Define test strategy ( risk-based ), test concepts , and test cases for all test levels
Coordinate various stakeholders (Business and IT)
Create test plans and reports ; provide regular status reports to management
Review test cases before and after execution regarding quality and internal standards
Manage defects in collaboration with responsible parties
Act as Process Expert and Application Manager for the testing tool landscape (JIRA, qTest , Vera, SolMan ): maintain requirements , improve processes for efficiency and new releases , drive changes
Identify , assess , and mitigate quality risks ; ensure domain- specific requirements (e.g., regulatory compliance , audit trail )
Degree in (Business) Informatics, Engineering, or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in test management within complex IT landscapes
Knowledge of V-Model, GAMP5, GxP , CSV is an advantage
Clear and target-group-oriented communication
Experience in coordinating software lifecycle processes (planning, testing, deployment) and collaborating with cross-functional teams (development, operations, business)
Analytical thinking and structured working style
Stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
Fluent German and English skills complete your profile
